Helping Clients update their billing credit card on Kajabi

Updating your credit card information for one-time or subscription billing is a common maintenance activity.  

There are many ways to solve the problem of an expired credit card, but the simplest is to help explain to your client how to update their card themselves directly through your Kajabi site.  Kajabi has built-in all of the features and functions to help keep the credit card information secure and easily changed by your clients.

Usually, this does not become a question or issue until the card is no longer valid, expired, or has reached a credit limit.

I mentioned there are other ways to solve this problem, such as adding a new credit card to their record in Stripe, but this is the preferred way to keep everything as simple as possible and directly accessible by your clients.
